Following his graduation from Vanderbilt University School of Law, Scott Torrie moved to Pinellas County where he has resided since 1984. For the past 26 years, Mr. Torrie has been a licensed Florida attorney practicing in the areas of real estate, estate planning, corporate and business law, and has extensive experience in title insurance-related matters. Over the course of his legal career, Scott has represented individuals, developers, builders and lenders concerning the acquisition, development, leasing and sale of both commercial and residential real estate. His experience includes both private law practice as well as serving as in-house counsel for highly-regarded Bay-area companies.

A former college tennis star at University of South Florida, Mr. Lit has spent 28 years in Florida. After graduating from Stetson University College of Law, Mr. Lit represented one of the nation's largest mortgage lenders.
